Players must be 21 years of age or older and located in the Philippines to hold a 1xwin account.
All transactions are in Philippine Peso via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. One account per player.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Abuse of bonus terms results in forfeiture and possible account closure.

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 1xwin (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 1xwin.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of 1xwin following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Use of 1xwin is restricted to natural persons who satisfy all of the following conditions:
1xwin reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any remaining balance returned to the registered payment method after deducting any winnings derived from wagering activity.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 1xwin Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
To complete full account activation and access withdrawal functionality, Players must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or Philippine passport) as part of the KYC process. 1xwin may request additional documentation to comply with PAGCOR requirements or applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
1xwin reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity on any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of registration may be closed at 1xwin's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xwin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 1xwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify 1xwin support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 1xwin may temporarily suspend an account for investigation purposes upon receiving such notification or upon detecting suspicious activity.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 1xwin accepts GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the 1xwin cashier at the time of transaction. 1xwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier. 1xwin targets processing times of under one (1) hour for fully verified accounts making GCash withdrawals, though processing times may vary. 1xwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above threshold amounts.
All transactions on 1xwin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Winnings, bonuses, and refunds are credited in PHP. 1xwin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
1xwin offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, expiry periods, and eligible game restrictions, which are detailed in the applicable promotion page at the time of the offer.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Playing with bonus funds on excluded game categories does not contribute to wagering requirements.
1xwin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close accounts where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without meaningful risk, collusion between accounts, or exploitation of promotional mechanics in bad faith.
All games offered on the 1xwin Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for that game category.
1xwin uses certified third-party Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Results of all games are final once recorded by 1xwin's gaming systems. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays on affected games, and 1xwin's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the wagered stake.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1xwin's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the relevant claim.
1xwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if 1xwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1xwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
1xwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors and clarifications that do not alter Player rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of 1xwin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should close their accounts before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
1xwin operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaint that cannot be resolved through 1xwin's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its prescribed procedures.
For disputes involving financial transactions, Players may also seek recourse through the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) consumer assistance framework where the relevant payment method falls under BSP jurisdiction.
